PRESENTATION<\/em><\/strong> is less of what we say and more of HOW WE SAY! <\/strong>We sometime sound monotonous during presentations. But we can amuse and delight them by KISS<\/em> (Keep it simple and sweet!)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fashion fades, but style<\/strong> is eternal. What\u2019s appealing, even prior to our words is GROOMING<\/em><\/strong> and choices of sartorial<\/strong>. Simplicity is true beauty! Yet it can be Elegant<\/strong> and Gracey<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A Passive communicator oppresses<\/strong> his rights and opinions. An aggressive<\/strong>, on the other side, oppresses & hurt others. Let\u2019s be ASSERTIVE<\/em><\/strong>, and bridge the gap between Silence and Violence.<\/p>\n

EFFECTIVE<\/em><\/strong> LISTENING<\/em><\/strong> is not about hearing to reply, but comprehending the connotations<\/strong> behind verbal communication. All successful people are active Listeners. Listen to understand and respond, not to just hear and react.<\/p>\n

PERSONALITY<\/em><\/strong> DEVELOPMENT<\/em><\/strong> is a never ending process. Let\u2019s keep elevating in its various aspects: Physical (Health<\/strong>), Mental (Emotional<\/strong>), Spiritual<\/strong> (Universal energies) and Social<\/strong> development.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s impossible to manage time. Rather, let\u2019s manage<\/strong> ourselves according to the time<\/strong>. We are never, \u201cso called, BUSY\u201d, we just prioritize our tasks. Let\u2019s be efficient in SELF<\/em><\/strong>–MANAGEMENT<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Confronting Criticism is an art; handle it meticulously. Realize your self-worth<\/strong> by SWOT analysis, Or else SELF<\/em>–CONFIDENCE<\/em><\/strong> may take a hit. We all are unique in universe. Hunting for our talent and raising our SELF-ESTEEM<\/strong> is pivotal.<\/p>\n

STRESS<\/em><\/strong> is inherent and so are our stress busters. Let the stress not narrow our intellectual power. Have some dark chocolates, listen to favorite track. Take a hold on stress<\/strong> rather than stress taking hold of us.<\/p>\n

TEAMWORK<\/em><\/strong> and LEADERSHIP<\/em><\/strong> are not \u201cI\u201d, \u201cYou\u201d, or \u201cMe\u201d. Its lies in 2 alphabetical word \u201cWE<\/strong>\u201d. Being accountable, encouraging others, loosing & winning together; these are few steps of the ladder.<\/p>\n

Empathize<\/strong>! Irrespective of the age and size. Whether an introvert or an extrovert, one must be amiable enough. These are INTERPERSONAL<\/em><\/strong> SKILLS<\/em><\/strong>, obligatory in personal\/professional rapport.<\/p>\n

Life becomes tedious without the role of a goal. Our Goals must be SMART: Smart, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic & Time-oriented. To-Do-Lists & Check-lists are few ways to accomplish our goals.<\/p>\n

The source of conflicts within people could be because of unadaptable nature or unbalanced emotions. Not only IQ, but also AQ (ADAPABILITY QUOTIENT<\/em><\/strong>) and EQ (EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT<\/em><\/strong>) are inevitable in professional and personal realm.<\/p>\n

Two words that strengthen our DECISION MAKING SKILLS<\/em><\/strong>: ACCEPT & EXCEPT. Taking right decisions would lead us to accomplishments, wrong decisions would lead us to many experiences. But taking no decision would lead us no where.<\/p>\n

(Any) LANGUAGE<\/em><\/strong> SKILL<\/em><\/strong> and ACCENT<\/em><\/strong> cement our verbal<\/strong> communication like voice<\/strong> modulation<\/strong> does for Non<\/strong>–verbal<\/strong>. Both are inevitable along with effective<\/strong> Body<\/strong> Language,<\/strong> for proficient COMMUNICATION<\/strong> SKILL.<\/p>\n

INTERVIEW HANDLING<\/em><\/strong> is an ART. Study the background of company, be genuine and natural, Smile and start \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

No matter how much do we possess hard skills, they are trivial without these CORE skills in professional milestone and undoubtedly for personal endeavors.<\/p>\n
