PRESENTATION is less of what we say and more of HOW WE SAY! We sometime sound monotonous during presentations. But we can amuse and delight them by KISS (Keep it simple and sweet!)
Fashion fades, but style is eternal. What’s appealing, even prior to our words is GROOMING and choices of sartorial. Simplicity is true beauty! Yet it can be Elegant and Gracey.
A Passive communicator oppresses his rights and opinions. An aggressive, on the other side, oppresses & hurt others. Let’s be ASSERTIVE, and bridge the gap between Silence and Violence.
EFFECTIVE LISTENING is not about hearing to reply, but comprehending the connotations behind verbal communication. All successful people are active Listeners. Listen to understand and respond, not to just hear and react.
PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT is a never ending process. Let’s keep elevating in its various aspects: Physical (Health), Mental (Emotional), Spiritual (Universal energies) and Social development.
It’s impossible to manage time. Rather, let’s manage ourselves according to the time. We are never, “so called, BUSY”, we just prioritize our tasks. Let’s be efficient in SELF–MANAGEMENT.
Confronting Criticism is an art; handle it meticulously. Realize your self-worth by SWOT analysis, Or else SELF–CONFIDENCE may take a hit. We all are unique in universe. Hunting for our talent and raising our SELF-ESTEEM is pivotal.
STRESS is inherent and so are our stress busters. Let the stress not narrow our intellectual power. Have some dark chocolates, listen to favorite track. Take a hold on stress rather than stress taking hold of us.
TEAMWORK and LEADERSHIP are not “I”, “You”, or “Me”. Its lies in 2 alphabetical word “WE”. Being accountable, encouraging others, loosing & winning together; these are few steps of the ladder.
Empathize! Irrespective of the age and size. Whether an introvert or an extrovert, one must be amiable enough. These are INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, obligatory in personal/professional rapport.
Life becomes tedious without the role of a goal. Our Goals must be SMART: Smart, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic & Time-oriented. To-Do-Lists & Check-lists are few ways to accomplish our goals.
The source of conflicts within people could be because of unadaptable nature or unbalanced emotions. Not only IQ, but also AQ (ADAPABILITY QUOTIENT) and EQ (EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT) are inevitable in professional and personal realm.
Two words that strengthen our DECISION MAKING SKILLS: ACCEPT & EXCEPT. Taking right decisions would lead us to accomplishments, wrong decisions would lead us to many experiences. But taking no decision would lead us no where.
(Any) LANGUAGE SKILL and ACCENT cement our verbal communication like voice modulation does for Non–verbal. Both are inevitable along with effective Body Language, for proficient COMMUNICATION SKILL.
INTERVIEW HANDLING is an ART. Study the background of company, be genuine and natural, Smile and start 🙂
No matter how much do we possess hard skills, they are trivial without these CORE skills in professional milestone and undoubtedly for personal endeavors.
