21 days can change our ways!

#CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC#21 DAYS INDIA LOCKEDDOWN

Apprehension of surviving 21 days midst four walls has cemented the limitation within all of us. However, let’s try to be optimist.

21 days accentuates towards the POWER & PROCESS of SUBCONSCIOUS MIND. Whatever, However, Whichever habit we inculcate within ourselves, will remain forever in our subconscious mind and we won’t start or end or day without performing that habit. Someone has rightly said “ FIRST WE MAKE THE HABITS THEN HABITS MAKE US” These crucial 21 days can transform us in to either an organized , Disciplined and contented individuals or an inefficient, unorganized or a Time-waster. Choice is completely ours. The pendulum moves towards being organized as we all will recoup our profession after couple of weeks.

Priority must be practicing Yoga and being Healthy to tackle all physical and mental stress. Being a morning person and doing meditation is one of the best ways to attain tranquility. Besides, this period of time delineates that we must PURSUE our HOBBIES: Spending quality time with family, Dance, Singing, Indoor games, Painting, Drawing, Writing, Crafting, Cooking — special urge to men to get involved in cooking so as to divert their mind and do something pleasant for themselves and their woman J Let’s all be so productive enough, that these 21 days make us a productive person forever

. And yeh! Some time for WORK FROM HOME has to be spared. After all, we all are getting paid for it! Let the time doesn’t drain in unnecessary surfings.

Some time for PRAYER! The power of Prayer is truly magical. Let’s pray for everyone to live a peaceful and stress free life again. Especially for our community helpers: Doctors, Nurses, Police officers, Sweepers and cleaners. Hats off to all of them.

We won’t confront these 21 days again. Let us make the BEST of it.
